Miki Nakazato
I'm proud of the beautiful nature, delicious foods, and culture in Yamagata. I hope you enjoy the boat cruise of the Mogami, visiting Yamadera and hot springs such as Ginzan and Zao, and picking fruits of the season. As the temperature difference of daytime and night time produces a lot of delicious foods, you can also enjoy local cuisines such as Imoni(a kind of stew) and soba, and of course sake. I'd like to offer you a chance to come into the spiritual culture of Yamagata, represented by mountain worship or Sokushinbutsu (a mummy of an ascetic)
