  1. 著作権は山形県及び写真を提供した第三者に帰属します。写真データの利用はかまいませんが、山形県及び写真を提供した第三者は著作権を放棄するものではありません。
  2. 写真データは、加工あるいはそのままで、観光宣伝や販売促進の資料、観光出版物における使用、編集、加工してのご利用も可能です。
    ただし、公序良俗に反するような加工、被写体のイメージを著しく損なう加工による使用は禁止します。
  3. 写真データを利用しての賃貸及び製造・販売などの営業行為を行うことを禁止します。
  4. 写真データの使用は使用者本人の責任にて行ってください。
    写真データの使用により損害又は不利益が生じたとしても、山形県はその損害又は不利益についていかなる責任も負いません。
  1. All copyright belongs to Yamagata Prefecture and the photo provider. Although usage of photo data is permitted, Yamagata Prefecture and the photo provider will not waive their copyright.
  2. The usage, editing and processing of photo data, whether processed or used as it is, is permitted for the purpose of tourism and sales promotion materials and tourist publications.
    However, in the case that it offends the public order or morals, or could damage the reputation of the subject, usage and editing of photos is strictly prohibited.
  3. The usage of data for business purposes, such as lending, manufacturing and sales, is prohibited.
  4. Responsibility for the usage of photo data lies with the user. Yamagata Prefecture is not liable for any damages or losses caused.
