"Tengendai Kogen Ski Resort" is located on the hillside of Mt. Nishi-Azuma in Yonezawa, surrounded by 2,000m-class mountains, and has the highest altitude of 1820m, which is one of the highest in the Tohoku area. As the altitude is high, the snow quality is good, and it is a ski resort that boasts a stable amount of snow and snow quality that allows you to ski for a long season from early December to GW every year. It is said that you can taste the finest powder snow that boasts lightness, and it is crowded with many skiers during the season. 

There are "Shakunage slope" where you can enjoy changing slopes and "Tsugamori slope" where you can enjoy difficult courses, but the downhill route "Yunohira course" where you can enjoy a long run of 3,000m to Yumoto station is popular.

After enjoying skiing and snowboarding, it is also an attractive point to slowly warm your body at "Shirabu Onsen" near Tengendai Ropeway Yumoto Station.
