All copyright belongs to Yamagata Prefecture and the photo provider. Although usage of photo data is permitted, Yamagata Prefecture and the photo provider will not waive their copyright.
The usage, editing and processing of photo data, whether processed or used as it is, is permitted for the purpose of tourism and sales promotion materials and tourist publications.
However, in the case that it offends the public order or morals, or could damage the reputation of the subject, usage and editing of photos is strictly prohibited.
